Internship in the Department for Economic Diplomacy (tirocinio extracurriculare)

The Danish Embassy in Rome offers a 6 months internship for graduates in our Department for Economic Diplomacy starting November 2024.

The Department for Economic Diplomacy is an integrated part of the Royal Danish Embassy and our primary role is to assist Danish companies that are already in Italy or who are planning to enter the Italian market. As an intern, you will be a valuable member of the team delivering various consultancy work to Danish companies. You will be part of a dynamic team, consisting of both Italian and Danish nationals.

 

Work description

  • Facilitation of contact between Danish and Italian companies
  • Market analysis and other kinds of business analysis
  • Market research and production of articles
  • Preparation and updates of sector reports
  • Participation in client meetings and creation of draft proposals
  • Various administrative tasks and assignments

 

Required qualifications

  • A completed Bachelor or Master's degree in preferably business and/or marketing
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English
  • Skilled user of the Microsoft Office package
  • Capacity to work targeted and independently
  • Outgoing personality, flexible and responsible
  • Ability to deliver on agreed deadlines
  • Preferably business related work experience
  • In order to be eligible for the internship, applicants must be enrolled in the employment centre (Centro per l'impiego) from the starting date of the internship.
